Everything starts with the sauce
Homemade curry pastes are the heart of the Thai menu — from rich, peanut-laced Panang to Drunken Noodles fragrant with Thai basil and Chicken Satay grilled in a coconut-milk marinade.
Fresh poké, island style
Fresh ahi, salmon, or hamachi over steamed Japanese rice, topped with avocado, edamame, tobiko, and a drizzle of house sauce. Classic or spicy — island eating at its finest.
